    We love mustard so wanted to make a versatile mustard-based salt blend. Inspired by a honey-mustard glaze we did on sausages once, which was tangy, sweet and salty this blend contains whole and ground yellow mustard seeds, dried lemon peel, dried garlic, brown sugar, thyme and a tiny bit of food-grade citric acid.

    Use it to make the sexiest pork crackling, mix with some maple syrup and pour over sausages before serving or stir some into your mash for a mustardy mashy experience. Lovely.

    We use natural sea salt from Belgium as our base. Our blends are made in small batches in our home kitchen in Walsham Le Willows, Suffolk.

    The pouch contains 30g of this blend. It is a re-sealable food-safe pouch which measures 14cm in length, by 9cm in width.

    Keep them in a cool dry place for them to keep their flavour, though and get the best out of them!
