Steak, Stew & Soup Salt Blend

This is a nice umami salt blend, packed with shiitake mushrooms plus black pepper, fried crispy onions, onion powder, rosemary, bay and a tiny bit of dried apple. Use it to give stews and soups a beautiful flavour-bomb or mix with some unsalted butter to melt over a steak.
We use natural sea salt from Belgium as our base. Our blends are made in small batches in our home kitchen in Walsham Le Willows, Suffolk.

The pouch contains 30g of this blend. It is a re-sealable food-safe pouch which measures 14cm in length, by 9cm in width.
