Masala Seasoning

We've had the idea for this little beauty rolling around for a while and are very happy to have it finally perfected. Inspired by our love for a really good onion bahji and the use of beautifully fragrant whole spices used in Indian cooking. This blend is packed with flavour and texture, and is gently spiced.

Available in 50g pouches, our masala seasoning contains crispy fried onions, sea salt, dried garlic, whole and ground fennel seeds, ground black peppercorns, nigella (onion) seeds, ground and whole brown mustard seeds, sesame seeds, garam masala, ground cumin, mango powder (amchoor), MSG, brown sugar, turmeric and dried curry leaves.
