I LOVE a glass rim garnish. I find that salty-slightly-sweet tang so moreish. We wanted to make our own with a distinctive flavour profile tat would go with a range of cocktails and soft drinks. I’ve never tried a product that tastes like this. Sweet, sour, salty, fragrant. Red hibiscus flowers give it a berry depth, sumac gives it sourness, and rose petals make it beautifully floral without being too much.
Available in 75g pouches, our glass rim seasoning contains sugar, dried hibiscus flowers, dried rose petals, salt, sumac and citric acid.
