Crunchy Roastie Seasoning

Here we have our first foray into less-salty seasonings with a staple we have used in our household for years. A golden blend of fine and gritty polenta, with sea salt, dried rosemary and dried garlic.
The salt, garlic and rosemary are subtle and take a back seat, as here the polenta is the star of the show. This is a foolproof way to get THE tastiest, crispiest, delicious roast potatoes.

We put a two-year expiry date on all of our batches but really, salt blends will last a lifetime! Keep them in a cool dry place for them to keep their flavour, though and get the best out of them!
